If you have a more complex case or feel like you may need help for a longer period of time over multiple consultations, then a package may be best for you. The Premium package is better suited for those who find it difficult to stay on track and need to see me fortnightly, otherwise the Basic package is fine. BASIC

Regardless of which option you choose, you will receive a bespoke plan after every consultation which is unique to you and your lifestyle and get continued support throughout our journey together. Once you have booked your discovery call for a time that suits you, we can discuss your case for 15 minutes to help decide if working together benefits us both.Soon afterwards, I will email you to outline the rest of the process if it is appropriate that we work together in order to aim to achieve your health goals.You then choose if you prefer to have a single initial consultation or one of the new client packages which will be assigned to you along with an invoice.On receipt of payment, you will receive an invitation to book your initial consultation at a time that suits you.
