You’ve been wanting to lose weight for a long time and tried most or all of the fad diets out there. In the short term, it may have worked but the weight returned and maybe even more than before. That despite lowering your calories considerably and feeling hungrier than ever.
It’s very common so not your fault for not knowing any better, as there is contradicting and inappropriate information everywhere you look. But, with the right guidance and approach, you can lose weight and improve body composition much more effortlessly and, most importantly, maintain it long-term so benefiting both your image and health on a sustainable basis.
WHO AM I?
My name is Oliver Connaughton. I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist with a goal of helping people of all ages to look, feel and be the best version of themselves. That includes looking better on the beach (or naked!), improving energy levels and preventing related health problems.
I know (and have demonstrated) that small, sustainable diet and lifestyle changes yield positive results over time despite not being too difficult for most. If you can’t stick with it, it won’t work, and that’s a key reason why I don’t believe in aggressive fad diets that are often difficult to sustain. With me, you will receive straightforward guidance that can be maintained over time – for optimum results.
